The project is to use remote monitoring and sampling robots to replace manual operations in complex environments, improve the efficiency and accuracy of sampling, reduce on-site operation links, and shorten the operation time of front-line personnel.
The remote monitoring and sampling robot is composed of: multi-rotor UAV, UAV ground station, intelligent storage control terminal, space perception and positioning unit in warehouse, sampling manipulator, and gas detection sensor.
The intelligent sampling robot is mainly used in the sampling and quarantine of bulk grains, and can independently complete the tasks of inspection sampling and quarantine sampling.
The intelligent sampling robot can autonomously fly to the sampling area, perform fully automatic operations through dynamic planning of sampling points, and fly back to the destination autonomously after sampling, so that the sampling process can reduce manual operations, reduce the contact between people and goods, and reduce manpower cost, reduce
staff risk, reduce operating costs, and improve sampling efficiency.
